Aufgaben:
- Persönlicher, telefonischer und digitaler Empfang unserer Patient*innen
- Koordination von Terminen und Kommunikation mit Neu- und Bestandspatient*innen
- Arbeiten mit unserer volldigitalen Praxissoftware – du behältst den Überblick
- Organisation von Folge- und Recall-Terminen sowie Terminierung von Heil- und Kostenplänen
Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) – zwingend erforderlich
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption oder Patientenempfang wünschenswert
- Professionelles und herzliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patient*innen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – auch in stressigen Situationen
